Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview:
MojoTech is seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients within the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail industries. 

This position will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the VP of Client Engagement to drive sales strategy and execution. This role is hybrid - requiring at least one day per week at our Providence office. Regular travel to client sites in the greater New England area is expected, with occasional travel throughout the US as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver on an annual sales and revenue quotas, targeting $3-$5M in the first year
  • Partner with the MojoTech senior leadership team to identify and develop strategic relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients in target industries
  • Work closely with our lead generation and management teams to qualify and nurture leads and manage end-to-end sales lifecycle
  • Proactively identify and drive meetings with diverse buyers, learn about client initiatives, and represent MojoTech capabilities
  • Work with new and existing clients to understand business objectives, scope desirable project proposals, and secure Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) and  project-level SOW’s
  • Manage and maintain a prioritized forecast
  • Provide ongoing sales strategy and mentorship to junior team members.
     

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years experience in a direct sales/business development role in the custom software development, professional services or consulting industries, with a focus on mid market and enterprise clients.
  • Experience creating strategic sales plans, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Evidence of building impactful relationships with client executive and c-suite leaders
  • Previous success and comfort with navigating and managing complex pursuits, shaping and selling professional service engagements  
  • A demonstrated ability to self-motivate and to lead yourself and others
  • A desire to be part of a rapidly growing, and constantly evolving team
